MARION COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE NEWSLETTER
From the President’s Pen: The year 2008 has arrived and is well on its way. Jefferson has enjoyed three major events: “Girlfriend Weekend”, “Quilts on the Bayou”, and “Mardi Gras Upriver” all of which were successful. I wish to thank the numerous volunteers who work tirelessly throughout the year to make Jefferson a year-round destination for our guests as well as improve the quality of life for its residents. The Chamber of Commerce staff and board of directors will continue to work diligently to improve and enhance its day to day operations and keep you as members well informed.
